Junior (Age 7-12)

Soccer is a very intensive sport that requires a multitude of athletic abilities. The challenge grows as our junior players have mastered more techniques through our elementary program. Comprehensive training at the junior level is essential to enhance our players’ fitness level and skills in mastering the ball and the game as a whole.

Our junior training program is divided into two parts: skill enrichment and team management. For skill enrichment, our coaches will continue to work on our players’ soccer skills and techniques to master the ball; meanwhile physical conditioning will be introduced to improve our players’ sprinting speed and muscle endurance. As for team management, our coaches will guide the players in how to tackle various situations in the game, especially during the transition of attack and defend.

Through the training with coaches and playing games as practice, our players will understand the roles and responsibilities of each player situated in different areas of the field.With better body awareness and agility, together with enhanced soccer skills on individual and team basis, our players will be well equipped to meet the challenges in playing against others team in formal games.
